Full Moon Hike
Nature Experience Under the Moonlight
Women’s Full Moon Hikes
Join me for Women’s Full Moon Hikes, a sacred time to gather in community, connect with nature, deepen self-awareness, and embrace the Divine under the full moon’s glow.
We will begin our journey at the trailhead before sunset, hiking toward a designated location. The final stretch of the hike will be spent in silence, incorporating forest bathing principles—using all five senses to mindfully immerse ourselves in the natural world. This practice, originating in Japan in the 1980s, is a powerful way to recalibrate the nervous system, fostering a deep sense of restoration and connection.
Upon arrival, we will break the silence with grounding breathwork before sharing snacks or dinner as we witness the moon rise together. I will then guide us through a full moon meditation and/or ritual, creating space for reflection, intention setting, and spiritual renewal. As the night deepens, we will hike back down the mountain under the moonlit sky, using headlamps to light the way.
